ICC 2026 Exhibitor Information

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the 10th International Conference on the Development and Assessment of Intercultural Competence (ICC 2026).

ICC brings together educators, researchers, and practitioners from around the world who share a commitment to intercultural learning, global citizenship, equity, and sustainability. We warmly welcome exhibitors whose work complements these values and contributes to meaningful dialogue within our community.

Our exhibitor options are intentionally designed to support connection, exchange, and visibility.

🤝 Who Should Exhibit

Exhibiting at ICC 2026 may be a good fit if your organization is involved in:

• World language and intercultural education
• Academic publishing and scholarly resources
• Study abroad, international programs, or global learning initiatives
• Educational technology and pedagogical innovation
• University centers, nonprofit organizations, or professional associations

We especially encourage participation from nonprofit, educational, and mission‑driven organizations.

🌐Exhibitor Options

Please select the option that best fits your organization’s interests and capacity.

Standard Exhibitor — $250

Standard virtual exhibitors are part of ICC’s online conference environment and can connect with participants from around the world.

This option includes:

• A dedicated virtual exhibitor page in the mobile app for this event, CVent, with your own virtual exhibitor booth included
• Space to share your organization’s description, logo, links, and downloadable materials
• Opportunities for participants to contact you via the conference platform
• Inclusion on the ICC website and digital program
• The exhibitor registration form will request your organization name, email, url, description (500 characters maximum), your logo (1 mb maximum, square images larger than 300×300 pixels), your social media handles, and payment. When your organization is added to the conference app, we will reach out for an additional PDF that you would like to be downloadable by attendees.

Enhanced Exhibitor — $400

This option is ideal for organizations seeking additional visibility within the conference.

In addition to the Standard Exhibitor features, this option includes:

• A 1/4 page ad (black and white) in the print at-a-glance schedule provided to in-person attendees. After registration, the ad should be uploaded in print-ready format by February 9, 2026. Provide a high quality (300 dpi) PDF file, 3.625″ W x 4.875″ H. Use your company acronym in your filename.
• Highlighted recognition in one conference communication or platform announcement

Gold Exhibitor — $600

In addition to the Enhanced Exhibitor features, this option includes:

• Sponsorship for one coffee break for in-person attendees (signage placed at the refreshments area, and included in the at-a-glance print schedule)
