ICC 2026 Registration
Details about registration options are below, including deadlines for discounted rates and registration scholarship applications. Registration is not yet open–we will post the registration link here as soon as it is.
The conference will be accessible through the event platform and mobile app, hosted by Cvent.
Presenter registration deadline: November 17, 2025

Regular in-person conference registration fees include: conference materials; access to the event mobile app (for both in-person and remote attendees); admittance to the plenary presentations and sessions on February 27 and 28; coffee breaks each day and reception on February 27. The conference registration fee does not include admittance to post-conference workshops, for which attendees must register separately. The list of all presentations (with summaries) is coming soon; the schedule will be available in December.
Student and retiree registration rates are available for currently enrolled full-time graduate students and retired educators. Proof of current student status/retirement status is required at registration.
Remote attendee registration rates are for participants who are unable to attend the conference in person. Remote attendees will have access to the event mobile app where they will be able to view livestreams of the plenary addresses and most of the paper and symposia sessions, and recordings of virtual presentations and virtual posters.
*LIC/MIC registration provides the same access as remote attendee registration. It is available to participants whose affiliation is in research/academic institutions, public sector institutions, and NGOs that are based in lower income, lower middle income, and upper middle income countries defined as such by the World Bank. (Note that the regular remote registration rate applies to private sector and for-profit institutions in LIC/MIC countries, to participants based in LIC/MIC countries from institutions based or headquartered in a high-income country, and to participants from LIC/MIC countries who are living and working in a high-income country.)
Workshop registration fees include the cost of instruction, workshop materials, a certificate of completion and–for in-person workshops–refreshments. Participants do not need to register for the conference if they only plan to attend workshop(s). Workshops will close on February 13, or when filled.
Scholarships: The scholarship application deadline is December 12, 2025. There are two competitions:
- Graduate student scholarships: a limited number of conference registration scholarships are available for full-time graduate students;
- K12 Teacher scholarships: a limited number of conference registration and/or workshop registration scholarships are available for full-time K-12 teachers.
Details about eligibility and how to apply will be online soon! All applications must be received by December 12.
Refund Policy
A 50% refund will be given for registration cancellations received by January 9, 2026. No refunds will be offered after this date, except in documented cases where attendees were unable to obtain an international visa (see details below). Please notify us by email (at cercll@arizona.edu) if you are canceling your registration by January 9, 2026.
Visa Information
Some international guests will need to apply for a temporary, non-immigrant visa to attend our conference. For instructions on applying for a visa, please visit the U.S. State Department website. Here you will find a complete list of U.S. embassies around the world. Forty countries are currently part of the U.S. Visa Waiver Program, and do not require visas for most short-term visits to the U.S. Please see the U.S. State Department’s Visa Waiver Program website for full details.
It is highly recommended that you begin your visa application procedure as soon as possible to ensure ample time for the process. CERCLL does not provide “invitation letters,” however we can send you a letter to say that you have registered for the conference as soon as your registration is complete and this can be used in your visa application. (Please note that registration is complete only when the registration fee is received.) After you have registered, please send an email to cercll@email.arizona.edu to request the letter.
In the event that you are not able to obtain a visa after requesting this letter, we will refund your registration fees minus a $25 processing fee. The University of Arizona reserves the right to cancel the conference if necessary. In the unlikely event that cancellation happens, registrants will receive a full refund of their conference fees.
